The base rate for the house is $275 per night for up to 6 people. Individuals after 6 are $20 per head.

A Special Off Peak Weekend rate of $950 for 3 days including cleaning is available.

A Special 7 day Winter Deal of $2100 including clean is available for bigger groups.

The base rate of $275 per night applies to all other times accept shoulder seasons below. The base rate applies to all Wanaka/Hawea Event weekends, School and Statutory holidays within Shoulder seasons.

Shoulder Season Rates apply as follow:

1 Apr-30 Jun $250.00/Night for 6 guests

1 Sep-30 Nov $250.00/Night for 6 guests

Longer term stays are possible and negotiable based on duration and numbers.
